The font definitely needs to be bumped up on contrast, it'd be too hard to see if you're just passing by and all you'd get from the ad would be that it was an invisible person in clothes or something, not what the ad is for.
Good ad though, really creative idea

I really like this image and It's really creative and all, but why did you only use a gradient on the inside of the pants when you could have used say... the clone tool and a pattern overlay?

Great concept. I love seeing this kind of stuff. However, I thought that since the clothes hanger is hanging from the bar, it should be hanging from the bar. Instead, you have it floating above it... I think that could be fixed a little.
And same with the test. I'd recommend a little more contrast to make the text stand out and become more legible.
