Flappy is usually around Nero when he's in his Baby form. She loves cappuccino and if she's not running after him, she can be usually found sleeping in various coffee cups. Give her cappuccino and well, risk your life.

Nero's personality is pretty much shaped by his cold and somewhat twisted demeanour. He doesn't really care about what other's say, do or think about him, nor does he give a sh*t about things that do not concern his people or himself. // Io is an exception here, kay O v Ó
Loyal and obedient as a dog, he obeys orders from authority scrupulous, merciless even and expects the same brutality from his family members. However, if a person seems interesting to him (though he has an utter different sense from what 'normal' people find interesting), it is highly likely his behaviour will change.
For some odd reason he is quite at ease with recieving pain and hurting other people (both mentally and physically, but physically just hits the bullseye) and thus is used to standing alone and living on his own. Though he may seem cruel and arrogant sometimes deep inside Nero is quite the loner who secretly strives for friends and acceptance among people. His comments can range from merely mocking to vicious insults, usually leaving open things for various interpretations. Taunting other people can both be a sign of recognition but also derision from him, but in spite of that he enjoys ridiculing himself, remarking how pathetic and miserable he truly finds himself. All in all, a self sarcastic, maybe even narcistic *sshole. - that is totally into some people hnghnghng

Though it may seem strange, Nero is quite different to his usual demeanour when he's in his baby form. He's probably the most bubbly and lovable little child you've met. Extremely attention-seeking, he can be quite annoying sometimes, and don't wonder if he asks you to snuggle/cuddle/love him ~ better do it, or you will be granted with some lovely little electroshocks.
