It's supposed to be a WIP. I'll certainly try to color it later, but for now, I don't have the right feeling for that.
So, here's Cullen, face to face with a red templar.
I'd love to see a similar scene in the game.

from what I saw on the various videos, most of them look like regular templars. But there're also sort of giant red lyrium monsters that look like a templar who has been transformed.

I can't wait for this kind of friction in game. And I just happen to love this in black and white with the hint a red. It does something more by adding just one piece of colour here. For now, I will just have to clutch my preorder receipt until the game comes out. Le sigh.

I think E3 will deliver some new subjects to speculate on. Hopefully one clear picture of him. But Fall is still far far away from now.

Really nice intense expression - not knowing the character he's always seemed a little... softer I guess in other pics. Not a criticism, just an observation. But I like the fierceness.

But Cullen is not a fierce guy by essence. I mean, he can get angry but his general attitude is that of a very reserved man.
Just keep in mind that I draw a lot what I'd like to see about him in the next game. He's just a secondary pnj until now. We didn't see much about him, on the emotional point of view.

I hadn't actually seen those, yeah, the first one is definitely badass. And what would be the fun of art if you didn't indulge in a little wish-fulfilment?
