the posing and how they interact with the ball is interesting and I find ur outfit designs are nice to look at, especially the detail done for the guys armour and the girl's belt, I love the details u drew for the face too 
the way u drew their hands are also really nice especially since some parts are facing towards the viewer which is always hard to do I find XD

The first major problem I see is the overall lighting of the piece, there was an attempt to have harsher lighting but the softness of it made it seem like the characters were glowing instead, the harsh lighting is also not reflected in the shadows with little variant in the shadows either being to soft or too harsh which is just dark colours on places where u would think there would be shadows but tht's not the case for some parts, then there's also the colouring of the skin where only 2 colours are used form what I can see and other than the shadows being too light fr the seemingly harsh lighting source which is the lightning behind them which negates the gradient harsh shadows usually have from light to dark, there is also the lack of colour in the skin where there would be reds or blues blended into certain areas to make the skin more alive and less flat. proportion wise I personally think that the guys one is okay but the girl's one has some minor issues as the arm is too small and her breasts are quite low making them look saggy, there is also a lack of shape to them with no clear distinction between the breasts which makes it look like one large rectangle which I suggest u should look up references of the female body for. For the hair ,the shadows should not be all black, places with lighter shadows could be a lighter colour which reflects the fact tht they hve white hair like light blue. although im not sure if what the girl is wearing is laces or fur lining her top if it was lace then it is better to outline it first and search for references on how the lace would fold (maid's costumes are convenient for tht) if it was fur then have a thicker line of fur nearer to the lining of the shirt to reflect the attachment of the piece.

   the breasts should be resting on the ribcage and the thighs should not just be extensions from the skirt from a single point but from the pelvis, the arms should depict the armpit rather than just a straight line 
 since there were 2 light sources it is good to consider where they land and how the shadow gradient should be depending on strength of light source in here I highlighted where the shadows would be and on the top left some rough guides for gradients 
 I also noticed that the head proportions to the hair were not considered and demonstrated it through here

for how to shade white hair and how to colour a piece with harsh lighting is something I'm not tht good at demonstrating so I suggest looking for tutorials though from what Ive seen harsh lighting is usually a thin line of bright white that is kept within the drawing (as in the colours of the piece with harsh lighting) and the other things i mentioned such as varying tones in skin are too complicated to explain within a single comment so it's good to look for tutorials on that as well
