I did this poster for a school project, using both illustrator and photoshop.I based my design on skryingbreath's original design here -->[link]
I liked it so much I tried to pull it off from scratch, and this was the result. Plus a huge headache.
Type Used: Helvetica
Textures were found from all around the internet.
*It's just a school project!! Don't beat me up.

Hey looks really cool! Good job on switching styles from what I saw in your gallery to something completely different and pulling it off well!
There are a couple things that could be improved...The texture/s you used look to be stretched out or resampled at a larger size than they were originally...so it doesn't seem as crisp as it could be. Try checking out some textures on =bashcorpo . Give one a download, resize it to fit your canvas and set the layer mode to "multiply" or "linear burn" and it should look super duper.

wow... I think if I had asked you this BEFORE I started workin on it, I would've saved myself a lot of time and effort with those damn textures. THEY WERE KILLING ME.!!
