I really like the color scheme. You used darker blues and purples instead of the usual bright blues and teals. Those colors make Ninian look more substantial, instead of a mysterious waif that I can blow on and make her fly away. Ninian could have used a bit more of that substantial nature/look in the game.
Her shoulders are bigger than her waist. That's bothering me. But otherwise, great picture.

Now that you mentioned her waist being tinier... LOL it's starting to bother my eyes now too.
And yeah, I wanted to stay away from the teal colours. I thought a more blue/purple would suit her better.
