not bad, but some of the top eyelashes didn't get the glowing edges(i think) filter.
Would've done it in multiple layers and professionally removed all the eye from the eyelash layer.
Well done though.

Wonderful photo!
I have a question, if you have no qualms answering, in regards to your technique.
It seems in this photo that you added your own on top of the original eyelashes, but also added some color to the bottom lashes as well. Do you edit the original lashes usually and, if so, how do you go about that?
