Fine composition; I can tell you're moving away from the almost-narrative style represented by your previous works, into imagery that is more immediate and involving. The same influences I've noted are still present, though, and that, along with your style, is what is going to unify your body of work and keep it recognizably yours.Β I think you're handling the shift well and it's good to change things up and keep challenging yourself - that's what separates an artist from someone who just draws.
I am digging the fine linework of the horns and the excellently-rendered butterfly wings, as well as the values on the skull that make it pop! I think you could use a little bit more of that bright white here and there to distinguish the foreground from the background, as in some places things can get a little muddled (up where the horns meet the trees). But you know, the piece is interesting enough as it is to get people looking closer at it to see everything. So, really, you already know how to reel the viewer in

What do you get when you cross the calm of a moth/butterfly and extreme creepiness? Β This wonderful illustration. Β Great work my friend.

Pan. An amazing god. A bit of a weird one too. Anywho, great work, loving the goat skull and creepy hands. Also, the name instantly reminded me of Pan's Labyrinth. Great film.

Thank you very much! The moth is a reference to my illustration of Cernunnos where I've used a butterfly.
