There's something very "forensic" about this shot. The title makes it all that much bleaker, and it ends up reminding me of an updated version of a concentration camp-bound train. I expect that if I was able to look into any of the compartments I would find them stacked with body bags.
The title also makes me ask: "What are the means to this end?" And the answer is there.
