Description Charcoal on charcoal paper

I had an assignment in my art class at school to pick 3 symbols of myself and turn them into a surrealist drawing.
Please don't make me tell you what they are, interpret for yourselves or I have failed as an artist

But I WILL tell you that there are three parts to this drawing: the water, the earth and the sky. So yes, I put seaweed in the desert on purpose

(and do note the ?mark shaped plant at the bottom... we call it 'the Plant that Questions the Universe.' )

EDIT 2011: Updated with a better picture.
Honestly, it's so much better.
The old one was making my eyes bleed.

This is really cool, even slightly creepy, you pulled off an excellent surreal look
