Create and control a small body of liquid composed of water and petroleum hydrocarbon. Creation of the spell is almost instantaneous, approximately two seconds is required for it to manifest. The user can bend the liquid to their will, for example, making it float or change its temperature. Limitations: As stated, the spell only creates a small accumulation of liquid—only amounting to a puddle's worth. Once the liquid is developed, it can only be manipulated for ten seconds before losing control of it. The spell cannot continuously be used, as it has a two-turn cooldown after using it two times. The disadvantages of this spell mean that Perry has only a limited time to use it. She utilises the spell by quickly throwing the liquid at her opponents, although it doesn't do much damage. However, due to the oil components, it has a minuscule chance of inflicting health risks, such as temporary blinding, skin irritation and nausea to those sensitive to the petrol, its vapours or both. These hazards also can take a toll on Perry if an excessive amount of the liquid touches her or she overuses this spell, as it can create higher amounts of vapour.

User sings sweet melodies which makes the opponent confused and believe they are in a euphoric dream. Limitations: Perry is a bad singer, most incidents she tries to use this spell it either fails or the enemy is only entranced for a very short period of time. She refrains from using this spell as much as possible because of her singing abilities and to avoid embarrassment. Despite this, the spell takes a long time to cast as the user is required to sing five verses before it is effective. Furthermore, it has a five-turn cooldown, although does not matter due to the lack of use of this spell.

Rather skilled in phsical combat, Perry sometimes resorts to her fists on the battlefield. Limitations: Perry is not a combat expert and is still training to improve her skills. She tires easily and rarely uses her legs as she is not adept with them due to her inexperience and the short time she has had them for.

Human legs transform into a tail when submerged in water. Her tail can revert back to human legs after leaving most of the water and when she wishes to. The water is Perry's comfort-zone and is more experienced in the water than on land. Limitations: Is unable to survive on land, because of the absence of legs and the inability to breathe air whilst transformed. She can only use her legs for a little less than a day, due to exhaustion and dehydrated.

Perry is quite the independent individual, only relying on others when the situation is dire. She is very friendly, though can get competitive and arrogant when she sticks up for what she deems is right. This leads to arguments and fights, albeit it is serious or just for funsies. Perry always wants to keep a confident and courageous image, she rarely gets scared or upset. But when she does, she tries to hide her emotions as best as she can, often bottling her emotions up.

The thing Perry values most is her family, as she becomes very selfless and loyal up to the point that she believes them easily and do whatever they say, making her rather gullible. Although growing up in a household full of females, she never really enjoyed being fashionable, applying make-up or the alike.

Peirene had always lived beyond the ocean shore—where the aquatic and terrestrial worlds collided—under the lacy waves and above the coral reef was her hometown. She was surrounded by an ecosystem filled by fish families, vibrant arrays of different corals and her loving ménage consisting of her parents and her 21 sisters. Though she could only spend her time with some, the time she had with them was blissful. 14 of them were still young at heart and not yet prepared to leave the waters, while the other seven left the reef and entered the land scene to start having lives like the other species that situated on land. For Peirene, she was a hundreds of years too young and too dependent and naive to live on land like her older sisters.

Since young, Peirene always idolised her father and found everything he did noble and amazing. He was a warrior bestowed with numerous medallions from serving both land and aquatic wars. Realising how astonished she was, he took her under his wing because of her fascination with offensive magic and combat. For years, he taught her offensive skills and aqua spells, as she kept aspiring to make her skills stronger. Peirene was able to manifest small amounts of pristine water and control it to her will; she always focused on improving and controlling them, often neglecting her schoolwork to train.

She loved the company of her sister and playing games with them and their fish friends but also adored her alone time which she spent travelling the unknown depths of the ocean and abandoned places, like ships and submarines. Searching for treasure was always thrilling, it gave her a sense of satisfaction and delight when she found new items, such as bedazzled jewellery and golden coins. She rarely kept, as she mostly gave her findings to her sisters who all liked to doll up and wear jewellery to enhance the prettiness of their faces and figures.

She and her father always trained past the outskirts of the reef and just under the water where it touched the fresh air the world provided. Here she could freely use spells without disrupting something or injuring someone. It was a calming area, though was never as serene when she trained her skills. Suddenly, a thick mixture oozed from a large ship and into the once pristine waters. The waters were polluted with dark hues and patterns that looked like colourful marble yet was incredibly hazardous. It was an oil spill.

The irritating spill stained whatever it touched, changing the appearance of Peirene's tail from a vivid blue to a mixture black and striking colours that could be identified on the rainbow. They both swam down to their town and warning others to evacuate. The oil blocked the rays of the sun that usually peered through the water and suffocated the lifeforms who were close enough to the oil and its toxins. This included Peirene and her father, as it stained them they also felt a suffocating feeling in their chest and a burning sensation on their skin.

Although in pain, they managed to flee with the rest of the family. The majority of the fish and other aquatic creatures escaped to a new, yet small reef; her family transformed to be more adept on land—transforming their tails to legs. The land was their new home. Fortunately, they had each other and the other seven oceanid daughters who were already living on land. The family resorted to living with them and although squishy, it was a wholesome household with endless amounts of fun and many arguments.

She was able to use her aquatic spell oleum-aquae on land with ease, however, it was tainted with the remnants of oil from the oil spill. It was positive that she could control something other than water and it made her spells somewhat stronger, but it also had its own negative effects. She could no longer create aqua spells without hints of oil in them and furthermore, it will also be hazardous to her welfare if used wrongly. Eventually, Peirene entered Luna Arcana in hopes to further improve her spells and skills.
