Description Beeley Moor.
When I was taking this shot I suddenly sort of noticed where I was... I had been concentrating so hard and had been scrambling/falling down the banks to get there it hadn't really sunk in... I forgot about the camera and just stood there looking round and went WOW for about 10 minutes. Fantastic!

its funny that you should mention how you took notice to your surroundings... i was just watching a video and this guy was talking about how we take so much for granted... technology wise and everything... it made me laugh because it is so true!
it is very nice to be able to take in whats around you... and come out with a absolutely gorgeous shot to boot!

Thanks! Yes it is good to appreciate your surroundings, it is so easy to take things for granted.

Thanks! Yes this is my favourite even though the waterfall is dead centre and not placed to the rule of thirds, I took it like this to try and show the big wall of green moss that was on either side of it. Glad you like it.

not always disappointin the rule of thirds is a bad thing.
And here we have a good example of what ive just said.Techique is important, not everything.
Take care.

Absolutely, if you always follow it you become predictable.
