EDIT: Oh, my gosh I got his eye colour 110% COMPLETELY WRONG!!
I had a really crummy quality pic to work off, and there was blue lighting 'cause it was cold in that scene but... gaaaahhh Oh, well... I fixed it!

That's right people; be expecting more of stuff like this...
There was this one bit in Les MisΓ©rables when Jean Valjean here, introduces himself to little Cosette, the poor little girl from adoptive parents who basically use her for slave work and are relentlessly vicious to her (the kid had to be no more than 7)
And... Jean Valjean vowed to her late mother to find her, save her, and take care of her... he finds her and at first she's afraid; I mean, the guy's rather menacing from a distance and in the shadows... but, he treats her like a lady... takes off his hat, adresses her as "mademoiselle"
Just so sweet.... He saves her and everything... MAN I LOVE THIS GUY!!

More work with the tablet... in my next pic, I'm gonna try using the brush tool instead
still a little rough, but I'm happy with this and I had fun making it

This looks so good! Now that you have a tablet, you should try playing around with different shading and colouring techniques- I think it'd be interesting to see what you come up with 8D

Oh good gravy... he took HOURS, my friend... you can thank the Disney Princes for how I "figured out" some of the mouth work here... I thank the film for giving him gloves so I didn't have to draw his hand in full

I HAVEN'T SEEN IT YET!!! How was it? I heard it was good! My bro goes to movies all the time... I want him to take me more often, but he decides to go to movies the DAY OF; I like to plan ahead... I set a day two days before seeing Les Mis. With him, he's like, "Ooohh... Thursday... hmm... meh, I think I'll see a movie"

I did that with Ted too; I couldn't wait until after Christmas to get it, so I burnt it, watched the hell out of it, then I finally bought it and chucked out the burnt disc
