Well the body shape was inspired by a Tuataras, just exaggerated. Tuataras are also known as living fossils, so I imagined living that long made them almost statue like (I know 1 individual lizard cant live that long but this is pokémon~) and if maybe the third eye concept could play a part. Psytara is years and years of its mental power growing and finally after evolution its mind is clear and its reached a sort of enlightenment, enough to take control of its ancient body.

Well, something like that.

Ahh, I see XD I haven't played Pokemon in a while pff (or I guess I'm just too picky with what Pokemon I normally train, so I don't have wide knowledge on Abilities and whatnot) - that's cool though~ it really compliments its Rock typing then if this Fakemon is meant to have a low Speed stat.
