Description
3 units of the latest VF-27A sent for a patrol mission by their space carrier, which can be seen there as they're crossing near it. they're equipped with fast packs, which function as boosters and missile podsthat's pretty much what i can tell about the story

Is this the same type of fighter as in the previous drawing? They look similiar, but at the same time, quite a few parts are different, besides the fastpacks that is.

I can honestly say this is the best Macross fanart piece I've ever seen. Do you have a pic of it transformed? If not you should definetly make one, this thing is magnificent!

Ok, that is COOL! I like how the background is more sketchy, looks great.
For some reason the fighter reminds me of the Hercules II from Freespace 2.
