Let's talk about Artemis Fowl. Some people have trouble choosing their favourite book. But I don't... It's Airman. (XD)Anyway, here are some sketches from Artemis Fowl's cast (the book version), that I haven't drawn in a while~! o/ Enjoy. Discuss? Are you guys excited to finally see the movie in August?? I sure am, no matter how lame it looks so far! Although, I do feel like I didn't think the Harry Potter movie was lame when it first came out...? Maybe I was too young to notice.

I love the books so freaking much but as far as the movie.... I'm so pissed about Root and Butler 😠 How DARE THEY.

Well, I'm not pissed, but maybe a little sad.
Not over Root though. I think Judi Dench is going to make an excellent character. Not the same Root, but a much stronger and more impactful one. She's the sole reason I have some respect for the movie itself at this point (except for the fact that it's an Artemis Fowl movie, of course).
Butler I think is just too cute with that pouty adorable face of his. xDDD The hair colour is just a nail in the coffin of the whole design. And he's not even that tall. 
To conclude - I'm not expecting this movie to be as good as the books, but I'm hoping (ever so slightly) that it will be enjoyable and new, and that it will bring much love to this amazing series.

Aww, thanks. <333 I need to reread them to draw some new sketches / illustrations one day. But I'm still waiting for a moment when I forget all that happened in the books to get even more enjoyment from the series once again.
