In the fish-bowl that appears to be our world, which most of us will be confined to, it seems appropriate that human beings are travelling daily on floating fish. From that perspective, I guess the rain could represent the filters being changed or simply the fish-bowl being refilled again after getting cleaned out. Some sort of weird thought on my part, but nobody's perfect.

And the birds, yeah, apparently they developed gills too.

Anyway, this certainly succeeds in being surreal and makes great use of stock for such a trippy, thought-provoking picture. Excellent job and hope to see more.
