Well, first I draw it out by hand, then scan and put it into a program called Illustrator, to clean up the lines, then Photoshop for color. And thank you very much for the fav, I'm glad you like this.

I love this. It's so pretty. The pose is really nice and I love the colors (suprisingly, lol. I normally don't like pink XD). That eyeshadow is really interesting. The design is awesome.
