Bald eagle in pastels made for an art class. I tried exaggerating the colors a bit this time instead of going for photo-realism. I'm rather pleased with the results.

I should probably start taking the masking tape off from around the edges of my drawings before I upload pictures online, lol.

oh wow this is nice. I love the over accenting of color. it gives it a ton of personality. Next time though don't be afraid to darken the shadows a tiny bit more.

Thanks for the feedback, Christy! And yeah, I'd have to agree; I think the shadows could stand to be a bit darker. I'll try and see if I can fix it after I get it back!
