WCCTT stands for When Christmas Comes To Town, since I couldn’t put the full name in.
As a fan of The Polar Express, both film and book since my childhood, I’ve always loved the song When Christmas Comes To Town (even my Mum loves the song), so I could picture two kids of South Park singing this memorable song in South Park. For the male part, I thought of having Kenny as he’s not fortunate as many others (with his family being poor) plus he has done singing beforehand in the episode Quintuplets (even if Kenny's singing is muffled). As for the female part, I thought of having Wendy because of how sweet and encouraging she is, so I think Wendy could pull off a wonderful song with Kenny.
