You could do nothing to hold back your laughter as Akashi faced you with a flat expression after making such a statement. You ran your fingers through your tangled strands of hair and yawned.

"You guys are the best..." You chuckled quietly.

You suddenly felt Atsushi's large hands envelop your waist and yelped as the violet-haired giant pulled you into his lap again, Kise taking his place on the couch and Akashi standing in front of us all whilst radiating an air of supremacy.

"Given the crime Aomine has committed a fitting punishment is necessary. I would personally like to pay him a visit and enact my own form of punishment," Akashi glanced at the red-handled scissors sticking out of his bag, "However, his victim should at least have the first day in the matter. Any objections?"

Ryouta and Atsushi both shook their heads and you giggled despite everything.

It was impossible not to given how seriously Akashi was addressing the matter. Not to mention the fact that he acted like he was judging a court case instead of planning a mere revenge.

"Did you have any specifics in mind?" Akashi asked you with a gentler look.

"Well...I had a few things in mind..." You sighed, "But still, even though he cheated wouldn't this be petty...sinking down to his level and whatnot?" You but your lip indecisively.

You gasped lightly as soft fingers gently gripped your chin, forcing you to look up at Akashi.

"Not at all...dear (Name)...not at all." He smiled with an ominous gleam.

"You probably shouldn't give a lady that kind of look Seijuro." Kise piped up quietly.

Akashi grumbled almost inaudibly in response and Kise was quick to make gestures of surrender. You rolled your eyes and laughed.

With a soft smile you got up and walked over to the duffle bag Sei-kun had brought. Picking up his scissors and walking over to a basket of magazines, you grinned as a flurry of ideas began to stream through your head.

"Akashi, could you call Midorima and have him come by with Takao?" You asked sweetly, "I'm going to call Kuroko and have him bring Kagami." You smiled.

Akashi raised a brow, "You have a plan?"

"Of course I have a plan." You smirked with an evil glint in your eye.

~*~ Two Days Later ~*~

The plan was simple. Kuroko and Kagami were going to challenge Aomine to a game of street ball. A long game of street all. You had taken extra magazines of male models, provided by Kise from the back rooms of his workplace, and with Midorima's help you were to cut out the photos.

You had given the spare key to Akashi as well as the location in which Aomine kept all his special magazines.

Takao was actually really handy with computers, and with the use of your scanner and a few other tools of his own, you had managed to create the ultimate payback...

Replacing every lewd model in every one of his magazines, including the special editions, with male models and even pictures of people from the smoking adds.

That was at least a few hundred dollars worth of damage. But you weren't even close to being done. With held from Mura, you both managed to find all Aomine's basketball shoes and burn one of every pair.

This was an evil act in it's own right as Aomine's shoe size was nearly impossible to track down.

You all left quickly once the work was done, making sure to leave no trace of your arrival. You gathered into your home with everyone that had taken part in the vengeance, smiling as Kuroko and Kagami finally arrived.

You felt a ball of gratitude swell in your chest for their care.

However, as you laughed with everyone else while Kuroko bluntly recalled the events of the basketball game at Kagami's expense, you're cell phone suddenly rang with Aomine Daki shining brightly on the caller ID.

You quickly hushed everyone and calmly answered the incoming call with a smirk tugging at your lips. "Hello?" You spoke sweetly.

"You petty bitch." Aomine snarled into the phone.

"Excuse me?"

"My magazines! My shoes! You ruined them didn't you?" He shouted.

"Your magazines and shoes?" You said with an overly-dramatic tone of wonder, "What do you mean?"

"Fuck you (Name)!" Aomine shouted and you held the phone away from your ear with a wince, "When I get my hands on you I'll-!"

But he never finished his threat, Akashi had swiftly taken the phone from your grasped and you felt a shiver run down your spin as he gave a twisted smile whilst pressing the phone to his ear.

"You'll do what Aomine?" He replied, somehow managing to sound innocently curious and malicious at the same time.

Everyone in the room became immediately uncomfortable as Seijuro's blinked, and his other eye was suddenly a deep orange.

The Emperor had taken the liberty of making an appearance.

Even across the phone Aomine knew the Emperor had surfaced. The man broke into a cold sweat.

"Listen carefully Daiki." The Emperor said evenly, "If you have not removed your engagement ring then do so now. (Name) is no longer yours." He said with a tone that rapidly grew icy and unfeeling, "I hope you are smart enough to stay away from (Name)."

The other Akashi pulled the phone away from his ears and removed his special red scissors from his back pocket, slowly opening them near the phone before snapping them shut, "Have I made myself clear?" He asked.

"...yeah, whatever." And with the call went dead.

Akashi handed the phone back to you, blinking once to reveal his eyes back to their normal red colors. "Hmm, he hasn't done that before." Akashi murmured quietly and you only chuckled in reply.

"God I love you guys." You smiled to the crowd of people around you.

You could have cried as your words were returned with their smiles and a faint blush accompanied by a grunt on Midorima's part.

"C'mon Carrot-kun, smile a little." Takao jabbed.

You could only sit back and laugh as the tsundere was pestered and the room gradually fell into a comfortable chatter. You shared a glance with Akashi as he sat down beside you.

"Thank you for everything." You smiled softly.

He nodded slightly and you could have sworn there was the tiniest of smiles on his face.
