I mean, I've been seeing too many of these anime-proportions-in-realistic-aesthetic pieces showing how the two don't mix in my inbox lately that it's just stopped being funny. It's like noticing that Lady Gaga videos are OTT and acting surprised when it should be common knowledge by now, you know?
...Unless of course that wasn't what you were going for and it just happened that the shading and lineart kinda clashed aesthetically.
Oh well, at least the colouring's done well, so it's not a complete disaster.
