Description
I designed a dress for my MLP character, Frozen Tac...probably won't look good on her though. Oh well I guess, time to design a different dress for her. Especially since I need to make a dress for a contest I've decided to be in.

I fear though since I've never been one to care about fashion that what I make will be a fail..just like this one.

Forget it, I don't feel like designing another dress. So I'm making this one the one my character will wear to the Red Ridge High dance, also being the dress I enter into the contest.

I'm entering this dress for 2 reasons. 1) I know already that I'll forget about the contest and not design anymore dresses. 2) I found that the color purple would fit Frozen Tac (I think anyway), all she needs is a new mane style for the dance.
