I usually really love your food based designs and really like the ideals that go behind each design, but this one doesn't seem to fit as well to me.
I get what you were trying to show off but some of the aspects don't match. The hair and the dress are beautiful and seem very classy and smart in appearance while she holds a large mug that doesn't seem to go so well with the make-up of it. Either the design seems a bit too classy for a person drunk on beer or the beer is too rugged looking for the design.
I'm not saying beer can't be classy, it just doesn't seem like it would be very classy coming from that cup if you know what I mean..?
That person just doesn't seem like what you would find drinking at a pub, more like a bar, where you would possibly be served more expensive beer in a bottle or a more shapely glass.

I was thinking that too... more of a rugged or casual or messed-up look would have worked better. this could have worked for like ... wine in a fancy glass... or something. But it is still a pretty drawing.
