I'm suffering from computer related dificulties so I'm reduced to messing around with past art... as opposed to new projects.Anyway, I always intended to go back to this one. I'm working on Quetzal too, and should have an update for it posted soon.
As always, let me know what you hate as much as what you like.

Lovin' the overall composition and the energy of it all~ Awesome pose too~ Though~ The colors of the caracter v. the setting leads my eye to wander more to the setting~ Dunno~

I like the palete you use. Compared to other ones people uses series of colors that work well with each other, but I think you take risks in your palete, using colors people would find "dirty". What can I say I see as wrong? Maybe the sky, it looks it has less work in it. But all in all I really like your illustration.

simply amazing, your attention to detail and colour pallette is excellent
I do however spot some problems with it. The first thing that struck me was that the red laser beam could be improved. my suggestion is to make it a little less opaqe and add a little more glow to it. The other thing that struck me was that the spash of water by the bike doesn't look quite right. i think it is too opaqe and a bit of an odd shape to be realistic.
Apart from that, this is in my opinon one of the best paintings i have ever seen on this sight
i love the atmosphere and energy you've created, and the anatomy is fantastic.
i also love the backgrounds rather abstract apperance too. This is a definate favorite for me

Excellent! The background could be slightly better, I'd prefer darker colours for the buildings and the lighting behind the elf's head. Other than that, the rain effect and the colouring/lighting in the figure is outstanding!

This is great. Surprising and original. There are loads of chicks with guns arround here on dA, but this piece is unique.
But what makes it unique is also what makes me dubitative about it...
The colors, for example. They are city-by-night colors, that's okay... actually I never really liked that sort of dispatched and chaotic color scheme. Though it sometimes looks cool, when there are tons of little lights like colored stars everywhere...
Why not afterall. But having a unity in the color scheme, for exemple only 2 or 3 complementary colors, would look better.
The laser beam is something interesting... but I think it should look brighter.
The reflections on the outfit of the girl are rather weird, too, I think it would improve the picture if they were more discreet.
And everything I haven't criticized looks great and cool.

Oh wow...the detail is absolutely majestic! The rain melts the background and draws the viewers' eyes to the central subject...however...the rain and the background both entrance me! Lovely picture!!

Wow! I love the energy and excitement you've got going in this piece!
I was dubious (for a moment) about the blue light on the back of the bike (shouldn't it be red?), but it (and the cool colours of the figure overall) contrast very nicely with the red sky, making the image pop quite well. So, good choice
The only real criticism I could find would be that, since you have already altered 'conventional' expectations (by changing the colour of the braking light), you could also perhaps have changed the colour of the laser beam on the gun - if it were a light cool blue or blueish green, it would further separate the planes on the illustration that much more.
But, really, it works quite well as it is (even picking up the laser beam in her outfit - very nice touch!), and I am very impressed!

Yeah, the tail light might get changed in the near future. If for no other reason than to make it clear which way she's going.
I tried different colors for the laser but thought it made it a bit less obvious what it was, so I left it red...
