CODE GEASS - *SPOILER ALERT READ REST OF COMMENT AT OWN RISK!*i cried a little at this part thought it would make a good vector the moment suzaku takes over as zero after him and lelouch decide each their own fates.

It's a nicely done vector. There are a few lines in the hair that are a little polygonal-looking, but it's hardly noticeable. Me being an artist , I see notice these types of things right away.
One thing I really like about this piece is the tears. Most people mess that up and go with a light blue and lower the opacity a bit, or not at all, but you went the extra mile and made them how they're supposed to be be, and I commend you for that.
Lastly, what did you use to make this, Adobe Illustrator and the pen tool? If so, I would suggest perfecting your curved lines by just making them over and over on a blank document. It takes a bit of time to grasp how to make them look nice and uniform, but it really helps. That's one thing one of my professors told be, and he was right.
Overall, nice rendition of a very powerful scene.
