i really like this sketch, it almost looks like they are moving because the pencil marks are so fluid and full of energy. i think drawing from life always has those qualities. its beautiful

I wouldn't call them failed -they are quite nice, even the scratched out face. I say that simply becuase it shows process and humanity. I get frusterated too, with my pen or model and scratch out faces and start over. I like this.

I love the shading you have used in your top sketch,
but my eye is a little under the illusion that the breast closest is much smaller and flatter
than that of the other (which one breast usually is anyway).
Perhaps it could curve a little more under the bust.
