A personal character from the upcoming game "Bloodborne". I don't even have a PS4, but I may just get one for this game. Someday...

Time for the lore surrounding Carlisle (pronounced Car-lyle), based on the info released for Bloodborne so far. So it's subject to change.

All around the land a mysterious illness is spreading transforming people to mindless beasts. However rumors have been circulating that in the city of Y'harnam, there is a cure for this sickness. So Beast Hunters the world over make pilgramages to this city in order to cure themselves of it. The city is overrun with Beasts of all shapes and sizes, so the Hunters find themselves fighting for their lives for a cure that may or may not even be there. Enter Carlisle, a Beast Hunter who is stricken with the illness in the form Lycanthrophy. He'll need to work fast and cut a path through Y'harnam if he is to cure himself and others of the illness, lest he fall to his bestial side...

As for weapons, Carlisle is armed with a silver curved machete. Perfect for cutting down the beasts, and a pistol loaded with silver bullets. Keeping in the "Bloodborne theme" where melee weapons have two functions, Carlisle carries an attachment on his back, transforming his machete into a silver twinblade, which he uses to cut down beasts with a deadly efficiency.
