Very good shot.
To see 7 flying in the 5 position is rare. Usually it means there was a mechanical issue with 5 (or 6 as the case may be.) Saw it happen once at RARA in Stead, Nevada, about ten years ago.
To pick at a nit: 7 and 8 for both the Blue Angels and Thunderbirds have been the 2-seat B or D models of their respective craft for as long as I can remember.

It was all the pilots! I just happened to be in the right place! LOLΒ Β Β Love those guys! Don't think I'll get to see them this year though. Mostly the Thunderbirds around my area this year.
