Streamlined a few things and figuratively barfed at my writing from last year(now fixed up a tad)

Team Topatt (yay top hats)

Cooper

Species => Haunter

Personality => Soft spoken and loving Cooper cares for everybody he meets. He worries constantly for his closest friend Nyra, which annoys her to no end, and will often times helps her out without her knowledge. Cooper is a goof and loves children. He likes to amuse them with tricks and illusions but him having major stage fright made this impossible at first. When he adopted a mask(courtesy of Nyra) it washed away the worry and brought out a new side. With the mask on Cooper is no longer soft spoken, instead speaking loud and confident.
He pulls pranks on everybody, regardless of having the mask on or not. Most of them simple pranks and unfortunately some pokemon don't get jokes which has put him in several conflicts. Oops. He tries to solve everything with the least amount of harm as possible but knows when he needs to dish some damage.

Tidbits
he is considered to be like a son by Nyra's parents
he can make his voice echo
he doesn't even know how his vest stays where it is, it just worked and he went with it
he's surprisingly good at acting
MoveSet
Will-o-Wisp => A very hot, ghostly fire that Cooper has surprising skills with. He mostly uses it for show but can bend it to serve multiple uses in battle.
Psychic => Cooper mainly uses this for menial tasks and for controlling when and how his Sludge Bombs will go off. He can't lift anything too heavy with the power however.
Sludge Bomb => Cooper creates it so that it is non toxic, and can change the concentration of certain chemicals so it bursts with different colours.
Double Team => With his current skill level, only the first clone can be solid and the rest will be thin as air. He can use this to make split second illusions.

Nyra

Species => Trapinch

Personality => Left frail from a childhood sickness, pokemon are always keeping an eye on Nyra. She hates this. With a desire to prove she can take care of herself Nyra pulls dangerous stunts that she doesn't always think through. Thankfully another 'mon usually gets to her in time and sometimes it's a long trip to Andalusst hospital. Ouch. Although quick to rise to it, she's not always ill-tempered and can be a very cheery pokemon to be around. Raised on the far FAR outskirts of Andalusst she's low on street smarts and general social cues to when she has done something odd. She is learning however and isn't a total dunce to the obvious. Her headstrong passionate personality usually gets her what she wants just as much as it gets her into trouble.

Trivia
she is a big fan of Luke and was heartbroken when she didn't get a Luke plush, but absolutely adores her new hat
to prove she could take care of herself, she once set out into the nearby woods, ran into poison ivy, and wouldn't stop scratching the rash
and now the scales around her neck permanently stick out
Nyra once agreed to a bet to see if she could fit 30 oran berries in her mouth. She won.
Moveset
Rock Tomb => Chunks of earth spike out of the ground and sometimes she tosses them out in order to hurl them at opponents(read: "Yer an eathbender Nyra"). Nyra has the bad habit of setting this move off when she's angry.
Bite  => Om nom nom
Fustration  => Nyra vents her pent up emotions in a tantrum of rapid attacking. She often pairs this with Rock Tomb.
Superpower  => A temporary bust of immense strength that leaves Nyra very tired after use.
