Okay, I won't lie. It is deproportionate, there are no elbows, and the face is too big. When facing 3/4ths, the left eye is partially covered by the nose. The lines are too sharp and angular for a female face, and the fingers are too long compared to the rest of the hand.
A tail doesn't come out of a butt, but rather extends from the spine. And speaking about butts, the dip is too noticeable. When wearing clothing, it stretches out, and makes a slightly noticeable curve.
The legs are too short... rather, the knee comes too soon.
If you were going for the Anime/Manga look, the eyes are too angular as well. The mouth is not just a straight line, but rather a dip in the center, and a lower lip.
And the skin color. The darkest part should be under the hair, where it shadows, not at the top of the leg.
And the position is awkward. Try getting into that position, don't bend your elbows, and lift up your feet. I just did, it isn't very comfortable.
And the neck should not just be to one side of the underside of the head. It is a cylinder and as such, it should show more.
And a ladies breasts aren't like that. Clothes don't fit that snugly, let them run a little loose and wrinkly.
All in all, I think it needs work.

I see. Very nice idea for a Oc. but I should warn you to keep her away from a grey Knigh of the Space marines. (warhammer 40k) there specality is fighting deamons so she will have a disadvantage aganst them.

By the look of it That warning came to late. *points in the direction of the grey Knight. He has already impailed your oc on his blade and it has gone through enough for it to be eather a instant kill or a fatal wound that will kill her shortly. He would toss her off the blade on his pile behind his back for about 50 yards.* But I do not dout your confadence with the oc being able to defend her self. that time he snuck up on her and got ther that way.
