I really like how this picture is blue dominant ^^ It's a really good color to put for Ino! Lovely job! ^^

I guess you could make the shadows less intense and a softer color. I also think that the most bottom curved shade makes Ino a little "fat looking" at the abodmen section. Try making the shading less big there, or move the shading completely.
Also, move the nose and mouth a little over to the left (our left, not Ino's left). The position of it makes the face a little unproportionate
But I really LOVE how the clothing matches her eyes on the vest part 
For ideas, i guess you could make a classic "everybody" picture. Fans really like those, even though it might not sound original. But every artist has his or her own style, and I would really like to see how you make that in your style. Or do a pic where it shows "change" from the original Naruto to the Shippuuden in one picture. Like show the present Naruto and the original Naruto hi-fiving or something. (I dunno...I'm not very original myself
