Oroku Saki AKA The Shredder!Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles was another of my favorites - both the original cartoon and the Konami arcade game (which I always played every chance that I got!)
Although Shredder's villainy was downplayed a bit in the cartoon, I'll never forget the chills I got when I heard his laugh in the arcade game - especially when he kidnaps April.
