Aww, wonderful!
It's so soft and lovely. What I like the most are her eyes. 
How did you managed to get so thin lines of outline? Did you use pencils to draw them or maybe tablet? I ask because lines on my pictures always turned out so thick and non soft and I don't know how to change it.

I finished the line drawing by hand (using a very fine pen, or you can do it with a large pic, so the lines would look relatively thinner

I made my previous pictures in different way: I scaned my sketch, set the line layer as multiply and the opacity on about 30-40% and then I drew the outline by tablet on the new layer - below the layer with sketch. It was really exhausting and took a lot of time.
Your way seems to be much nicer and faster.
