to be honest in fallout 4 wouldnt be smarter to have more armor on a robot...? well it could make its speed slower but i dont know flippin fallout logic

AFAIK the design from my commissioner was more for character reasons than practicality, so there's that.

I'm not as familiar with Fallout so I can't comment on its design with regards to in-game context, but I do admit that the polygonal boob design amused me when I first saw it. The addition of armour was decided by the commissioner for character-based reasons. Glad you enjoy the piece!
