once upon a time, there were some decent plastic promos given out for free at comic conventions (several years back). I would check ebay from time to time, you may yet run into one of them. as for the one I did, it was purely done in photoshop. nothing real about it.

If someone was to actually create it, I think your example would be the best choice to use. I'm really into the W.I.T.C.H. series and (even if I'm 18) it makes me wish that it was created like how they do it with the movie jewelry and what not.

No. you know like how you find those little movie catalogs and it has an order form for the jewelry from certain movies? Like lord of the rings for instance. You can get Aragon's ring or even Frodo's as well as Arwen's necklace amongst other things. Like that.
