Description
Grillby is a tax collector and controls various people by forcing them into horrible debt. He hates it if the human buys anything or spares any monster. He wont make money from happy monsters. (Yes that means he likes the human on a murder run)(Edit: Grillby is made of Black smoke, he does have an orange flame underneath but it’s usually covered by all the smoke)
Muffet owns a cafe in Snowdin where she serves the best food in the underground, it's very popular (And the spiders probably help deliver food to other areas). She absolutely hates the cold and doesn't go outside, which doesn't seem to bother her.
Although her spiders can't travel around snowdin, she somehow knows a lot about what happens through the underground and can share some information. For a favour.

Alright, so I'd seen Muffet before but lemme just say this again- WONDERFUL. I like the colors you decided to use for her- they fit her! Also the spider holding her hair is still a mystery that we may never find an answer to.
Now. For HIM. First off: asjdyhcudtasdcyvasduicu he cool.
Second off: BUTTON UP YOUR SHIRT YOU'RE GONNA GET A COLD- oh wait.
Now, seriously: He looks awesome! Mean/horrible/possibly evil tax-collector Grillby wasn't what I was expecting, but the line "that means he likes the human on a murder run" is slowly killing me. It makes sense in a way- "he won't make money from happy monsters" but- hate to break it to ya, buddy, you can't get money from DEAD MONSTERS EITHER.
The fire being covered in black smoke is a REALLY COOL CONCEPT- LIKE- AWESOME- and creative, since I hadn't thought of it before. he doesn't need glasses they just complete the look He's one of those guys where you know when they enter the room everyone either groans like "him again" or picks up something to throw.

HAHAHA- Yes but he can make money off of anyone that were friends with the dead monsters >3>. Maybe from finding their dust or hiring a convenient mercenary to take on the human JUST PAY THIS NICE FEE AND-. But yeah it does miss some logic. I think as long as some people are alive and he's spared, he'd be happy.

See, now making money off of the friends/family of some of the dead monsters would make sense given his position! But! My first thought was him walking up to a house with a jar full of ominous dust and saying "500c for your brother's remains" and then having the door slammed in his face. Would- would he be good at his job??
