Description
This is Nathalie. She is a… uhm… wait, has anybody actually found out what she is? Okay, apparently not. Oh well, she doesn’t really seem mind that. She seems to have accepted that no one knows what she is or where she came from. Whenever someone asks her about what she is, she just replies “I’m a Nathalie” and moves on.
She can walk, but she just doesn’t bother. This is not only because her tail is so heavy, but also because it is stronger than all of her human muscles combined. She does have a habit of underestimating that strength, though. This is especially noticeable when she hugs people. Actually, the word “hug” doesn’t really fit that well. It’s more of a “friendly body reshaping”. What she will do is that she will wrap her tail and her arms around you and then give a “little” squeeze. If this information has suddenly made you afraid of becoming her friend, don’t worry! Out of all the hundreds of hugs that she has given throughout her life, only two of them have been the cause of bone snapping.
Because she is so huge, she has to consume a ridiculous amount of calories daily in order to keep herself going. Even then, she’s still quite skinny. It does help that she has two hair snakes, Rachel and Liz, to help her speed up the eating process. So, if you ever see Nathalie on the street without a cheeseburger or a soft ice in her mouth(es), just know that what you’re seeing is the exception, and not the rule.
Interestingly enough, Nathalie and her hair snakes share the same circulatory system. Therefore, they also share their hormones. This has caused some seemingly odd things to happen at times. For instance, there was that one time when she was part of a school play of Rapunzel (can you guess what role she played?) and she got an adrenaline rush because of her stage fright, so Rachel started biting at random while Liz tried to hide inside Nathalie’s armpit. Those were good times…
I don’t have a number on how many times I erased and redrew her legs, but if I did, then I would have a pretty large number. I tried to make it look like her body was floating weightlessly to emphasize the fact that she doesn’t use her legs for walking or standing, but I don’t know if I succeeded.
Also, happy Halloween!
