Description My father declared Matthew a farm boy in this photo.
A rather debonair farm boy, I must say.

He looks nice... and you're saying he's a university student? Well, pardon me, but he looks like a Longhorn (Texas University) farm boy through and through. If he were an Aggie (student at Texas A&M University, in the Corps of Cadets) I'd say he was hawt.

Also you implied that he was queer. Ick, I had no idea that he was flaming, looking at him. LOL I guess it only shows when they wear those ridiculously flirty pants. You can always tell when a guy's gay when he dresses like THAT. Girls don't fall for bell bottoms no more, LOL!

Pardon me but I didn't quite understand the word you used to describe him... debonair? (How do you pronounce that? Debo-nare? Dee-bah-nare? Debah-nire? LOL...)

..Sarcasm and intentional irony I hope?

I might point out that there are many many maaaany more universities in Texas than just A&M College Station, and t.u. (or University of Texas at Austin). Also, I don't recall ever saying he was at school in Texas, though indeed he is. Perhaps you know him in real life and speak in jest, since I'm not sure who you are or how exactly you came across this particular photo. I do know where he is attending school, but I'm not going to reveal that here.

I've had family members attend UT as well as A&M (my sister and brother-in-law were CTs and BQs respectively), so the explanation of "longhorn" and "aggie" is a bit superfluous.

Also, yes, the subject of this photo is homosexual, but he is not "flaming" nor is that something which was ever stated or implied in my previous comments on this photo. Would you expect to be able to discern whether someone was homosexual from a simple portrait? I would request that you delete words like "Ick" from your reactions to learning of someone's sexual orientation, at least in such a public forum. If you must hold that opinion, please keep it to yourself. The subject of this portrait has been my friend for many years, as have other homosexual men and women, and presuming I am not misunderstanding your tone, I'm rather offended on his behalf, but also just in general. You know the phrase that goes, "If you don't have anything nice to say..."? This would be an appropriate time to apply that rule.

Word of the day:
debonair
[deb-uh-nair]
–adjective
1. courteous, gracious, and having a sophisticated charm: a debonair gentleman.
2. jaunty; carefree; sprightly.

What a great shot. I love the barn in the background with just a touch of sky. (Though, I almost have to say, though far be it from me to judge, he looks a little too 'retty' for a real farm boy.) Maybe he just cleans up nice. ^_^

I bet he would too, if he found a surrogate mother. Alas, he isn't particularly interested in the baby makin' gender.
