My second favorite player on the Bears right now, (Urlacher rules!!!) but I have to say, Bears KR/PR/WR Devin Hester is probably the most exciting player to watch in the NFL. One play, he could fumble a punt, or get tackled at the 5 on a kickoff. Then, the next time he touches the ball, can go 100 yrds faster than almost anyone..(that sprinter guy from Jamaica is pretty fast)So, it's finished, for now (as per usual) So I hope you enjoy, and remember, this and many others in Matty's gallery are available as prints, be sure to stop by and take a look.

Well, due to my shoulder/neck thing (pinched a couple of nerves) I decided for my latest, cause it was taking so long..I'd post the WIP's. They're in my gallery now...and seeing the CUTLER!! (love that guy)Avatar there, just wanted to let you know...it's a Walter Payton...hope you check it out.

I've been a Bears fan for as long as I can remember..(I was 12 in 1985!) So I got to see Walter play a few times. Always loved the class he showed on and off the field. He passed on Nov 1, 1999. Not many people remember the exact day, but sadly my own father passed on Nov. 1, 2000. Did make my brothers kinda laugh when I said..."Ok, he's taking this Bears thing a little far now..."
As a tribute to my dad, and his favorite player I actually named my pitbull/black lab Payton.
Yeah, a lot more than I bet you thought you'd get, but I'm chatty tonight.

Well, I have two dogs, and since my dad is such a Bears freak, ones name is Payton and ones name is Halas. We also bred Halas to one of our friends dogs and one of the puppies names is Jay. I really started watching the Bears in 05. I actually cried when they lost the Superbowl, but I got over it because I cant hate Peyton Manning. Hes one of my favorite players of all time.

Thank you very much..planning on a few more football players this year...I was told once, that the first thing you ever drew will always be your favorite thing to draw. Some drew flowers, some drew landscapes, me, it was a picture of Greg Coleman, who was a punter for the Minnesota Vikings in the late 70's, so football players are just my faves...(and don't ask me how I remember exactly who it was, most of the time I can't remember what I had for dinner the night before..)
