Huh, he reminds me of a ninja. Maybe it's his vest, which looks suspiciously like a Chuunin vest. And the pouch on his right leg reminds me of a kunai pouch.

well the vest is actually a vest called the pallidan mainly used by SpecOps. The holster is for a .357 Magnum.

I know. I can see how it's different. I just thought it was cool that his outfit sort of reminded me of a Konoha Chuunin outfit. Definitely different, but just similar enough for me to notice it.
