Description
Evening light on the high plateau of Plan du lac in Vanoise National Park (2400m). I took this picture at the very end of may while the spring was slowly taking advantage of winter with a lot of melting snow everywhere. Savoie, Alps, France.@ 2014 - FB Page - Website | 500px | Flickr

i mean, it's detuned; the rocks' character has no prominence anywhere.
maybe slightly defocusing (artificially) the center region which mediates while encapsulated between the two rocks on bottom, interesting hills on sides and mountain peaks above will improve it for this sake, if you wanted.

Nice shot, Matthieu. However, in this case, I would have liked the focus more on the rocks itself, and less on the busy background - either by zooming in or by using a shallower DOF. Now my eyes are wandering around a little, without finding a place to rest... Hope you don't mind the feedback
