This truely is a beautiful, extremely well taken photograph. It is completely breathtaking.
The composition works perfectly, and the diagonal line of wood immediately captures your attention and draws your eye through the picture. The depth of field also helps to add interest to the photo, I really dont think it would be as effective if the entire image was sharp.
I love how you have managed to capture the colours on the wood, without this the photo would lack impact. In addition to this, you have picked the perfect exposure time. There is a uniform blurring to the water, but it still has texture, you didn't expose for so long that the water became completely smooth. It has a depth to it, and almost looks like smoke as opposed to water.
There is only one thing that I would change about this image, and that is that I would have cropped it slightly so that the area of sky or lighter water over what appears to bea n incoming wave at the very top was removed. Fantastic work.
