I made this for cloud and sky practice~~Only takes 1 hour. Done with SAI and Wacom Bamboo pen tablet~

offcourse you can~ when i was still high school, i drew with mouse too. The diffrences are only in the pressure and control. But you can use many tools to hide it :3
