All of them are very nice, the girls are very sexy and buff, that Iron Man looks badass, I just didn't liked Virginia because I don't want to see him again on my Earth, lol (just kidding, very nice job on Vegeta too) - now a nitpick, I think that Samus' ear should be in a higher place, since the base of ear should stay around the same height of the base of the nose.
