Hush little one and go to sleepI don't want your pretty eyes to weep
Lay your head down on my chest.
I'll keep watch from east to west.
Nothing will come to do you harm.
And I'll always be here to keep you warm.
Keeping watch with shield and blade.
My determination shall never fade.
Though death and destruction is all around
I'm always here so you sleep sound
And when you awaken we shall play
As if nothing wrong happened yesterday.
We'll move on again like we always do.
Going on to explore somewhere new.
Making our way from place to place
Don't need to hurry, it's not a race
I'll gladly kill to keep you alive.
It makes me happy to see you thrive
And though my conscience isn't clear
There's not a thing that you should fear.

Only thing I might point out is that there are a few places where your tempo gets slightly off and you have one or two more syllables than the actual tune-- but when you're writing new words to something it's difficult to get it exact.
