first, go copy this template:

then, paste it to MS Paint or Gimp (or any kind), then do the tiny pictures 1 by 1
And if you want to file it a name Ex: Cat lick 1, Cat lick 2, Cat lick 3, ect.
then, use this website to do your gif. if you want to do a faster speed, you can always use the "Animation Speed" Scroller/button

When you're done, click the "Create now" button, then press download. there will be a pop up saying how you'll view it.
You should press the "Open" Button, and once your gif is shown, keep that window open, go to another window or tab and type deviantart in the search box, then submit your gif by copying the words in the search box above the gif, then paste them to the documents you have. Name it, put your gif in a category, and you're all set.
