First of two works inherent to the concept of man seen as a domesticated being, whose intimate and purest nature is lost and crushed under the social costrictions of modern times.
This one is rather conceptual, while the work I'm going to post after this one is more straightforward and more... erm... heavy. Yes, "heavy" I think is a fitting word, you'll see

All photography and textures by me. The cogs comes from my broken old DVD drive which has then been dutifully disassembled for "artistic" purposes.
I did the mask a lot of time ago and it is the first time I'm using it in a photomanipulation, I'll surely use it again in the future.
