Funny thing, I was just going over the chapter of a new novel -- one of FIVE I've got in the works -- that introduces a character named Yanagi; very 'ower-personified' woman, looks like the archetypical "dragon-lady" from pulp serial stories of long ago. She makes her first appearance, and she's smoking from one of those long cigarette holders . . . though I'm thinking the stuff she smokes is something a lot less harmful than tobacco leaf.

If I thought you'd be up for it, I'd send you a descript of Yanagi and the scene, and let you have some fun with it. Might do it anyway... since my birthday's coming up. ^_^

I've got a few in my collection, your style reminds me slightly of Auge. No no, not a copy but a similar vain.

Or as someone told me, if you copy more than one person at the same time then it's called inspiration. lol

I love your stuff, I love the attitude, the innocence blended with sexiness. The exaggeration but still with natural beauty.

I've got a suggestion though, if you remove the lines on her lips, the piece might look more cohesive? OR if your intention is to highlight her lips, that's fine too
