Description
I saw this blank cover variant of Amazing Spiderman#648 in a comic book store and I suddenly had the inspiration to pick it up, thankfully at cover price and try my hand at it.

I wanted to try my hand at doing essentially amounts to 2 covers, but laid out in such a manner, that they are in fact one entire composition to be looked as a whole.

So, on one side we have Spiderman, in his usual crouching on the rooftop pose, as he overlooks the city. Meanwhile, on the other side, we've got his entire classic rogues gallery ready to pounce on him, in a split second.

On their own, they're all right covers, but once you open up both sides to see them connected as a whole, the cover just comes alive.

This cover was done with the use of a 2H drafting pencil, a series of tech pens, and a wide assortment (ie lots of green and purple) of Prismacolour markers.
